"Took much longer than I expected"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days, especially since I was hoping to have it in time for a small get-together with my family. Unfortunately, the shipping took way longer than expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much. It was frustrating, i’m not sure I’d order again

"The whole site felt a little sketchy..."
The whole site felt a little sketchy to me, and I’m just too tired of dealing with questionable online orders and chasing customer service when something goes wrong. I wouldn’t order from here again.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
My refund ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up a few times before I felt like I was getting a clear answer. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes that I didn’t see, so I can’t say for sure what caused the delay.
Still, from my side, the whole process felt frustrating and not very smooth. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or just what happened with my order, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless the refund process improves

"I had a disappointing visit..."
I had a disappointing visit in-store. The staff basically ignored me the whole time, and when I finally asked if I could see a ring, they acted like I was bothering them. It had this weird feeling like there wasn’t even a real person there who cared about helping

"Not what I expected at all"
I expected this to be a lot better, but the quality felt cheap once I got it. It ended up being more stressful than I thought because I had to deal with the disappointment and figure out whether it was even worth keeping. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for

"Packaging felt disappointing"
Has anyone else had this issue? My order arrived in packaging that looked cheap and not very well put together. For jewelry, I expected it to feel a lot nicer. It made the whole purchase seem kind of careless, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless I hear other people had a better experience.

Am I the only one who expected this to look a little more gift-ready? Mine arrived messy, and the box looked cheap. I definitely wouldn’t have felt comfortable giving it to someone as-is.

"Disappointing engagement ring experience"
I ordered an engagement ring from jrdunn.com, if I could go back and do it over, I probably would have chosen somewhere else. This was supposed to be a really exciting and meaningful purchase, but the whole process ended up feeling more stressful than special. The delivery took longer than what I was originally told, and instead of getting clear updates, I felt like I had to keep reaching out myself just to figure out what was going on.

When the ring finally arrived, it wasn’t terrible, but it also didn’t really match what I thought I was getting based on the photos online. The setting looked a little different in person and just felt slightly off to me, which was disappointing considering how important this ring was. Even the box it came in felt basic, and I know that might sound like a small thing, but with an engagement ring, the presentation really does matter.
The customer service didn’t help the situation much either. Responses were slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel like they were especially concerned or trying very hard to make things right. For something this expensive and personal, I expected a much smoother experience and a lot more care. Overall, I was disappointed, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them again

"Using the website felt like a waste of time"
I tried shopping on jrdunn.com, but it just got annoying fast. I could barely find what I was looking for, the pages seemed slow, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way. After way too much clicking around, I felt like I’d wasted my time and energy for nothing, so I just gave up. Not a great experience for me.

"Returning something was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I had a rough experience trying to return an item. Maybe I’m just used to places like Amazon or Target where returns are usually straightforward, but this process felt confusing from the start. Customer service kept giving me short replies that didn’t really answer my questions, so I felt like I was going in circles. I figured an exchange would be simple, but it dragged on way longer than expected and I still didn’t feel like I had a clear solution. For the prices they charge, I expected better. I don’t see myself shopping here again.

"Financing felt like more trouble than it was worth"
I tried using the financing option, but the whole process just gave me a bad impression. The details weren’t clear enough before checkout, and there were way more steps than I expected. "Not much to choose from"
I was on jrdunn.com looking for a new watch and maybe a couple gifts, but the selection felt limited. I kept clicking around thinking I’d find more of the styles I had in mind, but a lot of it either wasn’t there or just wasn’t really my thing.
It might be fine if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, like that one specific piece or whatever, but for just browsing it was kind of disappointing. I expected more options from a jewelry site, so I ended up leaving and checking a few other stores instead

I reached out to JR Dunn Jewelers a few different times, the whole experience was frustrating. The replies took way longer than I expected, and when I did hear back, it didn’t really feel like anyone was that interested in helping. In the end, I wouldn’t feel very confident contacting them again if I needed support

"I was let down by the..."
I was let down by the diamond when it arrived. Online it looked a lot clearer, but in person it had way more cloudiness than I expected, and it just didn’t have that clean sparkle I thought I was paying for.

The gemstone also came across kind of dull and flat, not bright like the pictures made it seem. Maybe I just happened to get one that wasn’t great, or maybe the photos were just... I don’t know, but it didn’t feel right.

For the price, I really expected better quality. I wanted to like it, but after this experience I don’t think I’d order jewelry from jrdunn.com again.

"Delivery could’ve been better"
The order itself was fine, but the delivery was frustrating. It showed up late, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, so I kept checking without knowing when it would actually arrive. I wouldn’t rule it out completely, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain time.

"Honestly, not worth the stop"

"Custom ring didn’t match what we discussed"
I’m frustrated because I felt like I was getting mixed signals throughout the whole process. I explained what I wanted for the custom ring, and at times it seemed like they understood, but the final piece came out different from what I asked for. It’s disappointing because I was really looking forward to it and expected the details to be right
